The client’s need was to inform about the launch of their App both deaf customers, the real target of the product, and the relatives of potential users. So we created a story starting from the real episode that inspired the idea of the app and its subsequent developments. We developed it in 3 different formats: a 2 minutes cut for the website and two cuts, 30 and 15 seconds, for Tv. The challenge was to be lighter on the problem behind the use of the App, showing the image of a couple of young deaf, smart and friendly.
